Tracey aged 54, is a mother of four and a trained Exercise teacher/healer and physiotherapist has come along also as menopause suffer and helped us devise some brilliant video exercises for a short fix to ease you into the new year and help with your mobility and ease those muscles and joints.
The video is 8 minutes and can be done every day to help even adding light wrist weights to make it slightly harder can be achieved. The floor work helps to strengthen your core muscles, obliques and helps with your lower back pain. Many women carry a lot of their stress in this area and so this short video is brilliant for this and to help kickstart you into spring.
